Kill the autoplaying video on mobile entirely, it is doing real damage to load time for zero benefit. Put the license number and a real technician photo above the fold, and enlarge the service area text so a visitor over sixty, a real and significant share of this market, can actually read whether you serve their neighborhood without pinching the screen.

- There is no visible license number anywhere on the site, and no photo of an actual technician, only a stock image of a smiling person in a branded polo that does not match the company's actual uniform color.
