UXaustin is a website review and UX consulting brand built and operated by Optymizer. This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the Roast Rack tool or any contact form on this site.

Private by default

Every roast you submit is private by default. Your results are sent only to you, at an unlisted link that is not indexed by search engines. We never publish a named business publicly without your explicit, logged opt-in.

What we collect

When you submit the Roast Rack form, we collect your website URL, name, phone number, business type, city, and optionally your email and a description of your website frustrations. We use this only to prepare and deliver your roast and to follow up about our services.

How we use it

We use your information to review your website by hand, prepare your Brisket Score and roast, and contact you about UXaustin and Optymizer services. Your submission is read and scored by a person, not by an automated system. We do not sell your information to third parties.
