How does Google play a role in UX?

Google has many factors when ranking websites, but their most important factor is user experience. If they see that there are high bounce rates, low click-through rates, etc., they will not rank your website very highly. This can be an issue for users looking for websites that have done their SEO well, so Google made it easier to determine if a site is reputable or not by giving them their TrustRank algorithm.

What does TrustRank mean?

TrustRank was created by Google in 2012, and it analyzes links to your website and links from your website to determine how reputable you are as a company/website. The more trustworthy links, the better chance of ranking on page one of search engines like Google. -Conversions- If users have a good experience on your site and the information is easy to find, they’re going to be more likely to buy from you. The easier it is for them, the more likely they are to want to use you again in the future!

Even though Google has TrustRank and other metrics where website owners can see how trustworthy their sites look through links pointing to them, there are many factors to keep in mind when considering whether or not your design is easily accessible and user-friendly.
