The AT&T Executive Conference Center's hotel offers several types of guest rooms and suites.  Just steps away from the center's meeting and dining facilities, the hotel offers 276 guest rooms and 21 suites with inspiring views of the university's Main Building Tower, the State Capitol, or the serene central courtyard.

Parking

An underground, attached garage with 525 spaces is available for meetings, hotel and dining guests. You may self-park or use the valet services at the University Avenue entrance.  The rates for self-parking in the garage for a period of 3-12 hours is $12.   Valet parking is $14 per visit or $21 for overnight parking, plus tax.

Refund Policy and Ticket Transfer

No refunds will be provided.

Tickets can be transferred to a different attendee for no additional charge.  Student tickets can only be transferred to another student with a valid student ID.  Please contact us to notify us of the substution. 

Student Discount Policy

Any student with a valid student ID from the 2012 or 2013 academic year from any College or High School is eligible for a student discount.  If you purchase a student ticket online, you must present your student ID at time of checkin.  Purchasers of student tickets who are unable to present a student ID at time of check-in will be required to purchase an upgrade to a standard ticket prior to admission to the seminar.
